Located seven miles West of Montego Bay, Jamaica this 5 acre vacation estate looks across the blue Caribbean Sea to the vibrant city of Montego Bay.

The Jamaican setting is truly breathtaking: five sunny acres of landscaped grounds adorned by an abundance of palm trees, bougainvillea and hibiscus. A large private pool surrounded by low hedge and with an exquisite view of the ocean. A wet bar affords the ultimate in casual relaxing poolside.

Pharos Villa is a private haven of comfort and luxury on a lush green hillside over the sea. This spacious Colonial manor was renovated recently with Laura Ashley fabrics, soft pastel wall colors, new art, new bathrooms and new kitchens. Our latest addition is the 17' x 132' 4 hole putting green.

Tryall Club, the excellent 2200-acre golf course which has been home to the Johnnie Walker Open and other PGA opens, is only six miles West. Tyrall's eighteen seaside fairways make it one of the world's most beautiful golf courses.

Free pickup and return is provided to the Montego Bay airport.

Pharos Villa can accommodate up to thirteen people, either as a single group, or up to 3 smaller groups. The sleeping areas are set up so that there are two bedrooms each in the main house as well as the East and West wings. East and West Wing bedrooms open onto the pool terrace. All six bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort, have en-suite bathrooms and open to decks or porches with ocean views.

Master Bedroom: Upstairs with a King-size bed, large bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. A separate dressing room and French doors to a rooftop with a view of the ocean. A very spacious, private suite.

Ivory Room: Upstairs in the main house with a King-size bed, large en-suite with shower. French doors lead to the rooftop and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Pink Room: In the West Wing with a King-size bed, en-suite bath with tub-shower combination. On the West, a door opens to a private porch - just right for morning coffee. The Pink room also opens East to the pool terrace.

Green Room: Also in the West Wing is the Green Room, with a double bed, private bath with tub-shower combination. A private porch on the West is where you'll enjoy your morning coffee or laze away the afternoon in the shaded hammock. The Green room also opens to the pool terrace.

Study: The West Wing Study shares a bath with the Green room. Ideal for child of parents in the Green room, it has a Twin-size sleigh bed, mahogany paneling and private porch. A second bed can be added on request.

Yellow Room: Has an Optional King or Twin beds, private en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Opens onto the pool terrace.

Lavender Room: Has Optional King or Twin beds, private en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Opens onto the pool terrace.
