There are 27 individually owned villas with 74 suites un-rounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens. Villas or cottages contain 2, 3, 4 and 5 suites, each with private, complete villa with private pool or suites in villas with a shared pool; 23 villas have their own pool.

Villas are beautifully decorated individual owners to Round Hill's standard. The general style is laid back, plantation style elegance. You may find wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, oversized sofas with slip covers, wooden or tiled floors. Bedrooms may be closed off and air conditioned, living rooms convey a very light, Caribbean feel with the trade winds passing through it. All villas face west and enjoy fabulous sunsets!
