Description
Kima is located seaside on the wind swept North Coast of Jamaica and within the exclusive Mammee Bay development. It offers fabulous ocean views and at night the lights of nearby Ocho Rios twinkle in the distance. The interiors are furnished with bright colors and locally made wicker furniture, providing Kima with a totally Caribbean look. Large louvered doors open from the beamed living/dining room to the outside verandah, pool and ocean.
The home features three bedrooms each with en-suite baths. The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the main house while the other two bedrooms are located on the ground level. Each of these two other bedrooms opens independently outside to the patio around the pool. Therefore, the villa does not lend itself well to families with very young children. Outside, the lushly landscaped grounds nestle around the sparkling seaside pool. Kima is a treasure and only a five-minute walk to Mammee Bay Beach Club for excellent swimming.
