Emerald Seas is set hillside on just over two acres of lush tropical grounds next to the sea. The home is located on the main North Coast Road and next to hotels.
A spacious home, it offers 6,000 square feet of living space. The villa is built around an indoor rock garden through which the staircase has been cut.
This interior garden forms a lovely backdrop for romantic candlelight dinners. A spacious living room seamless blends into a second story furnished verandah, which provides spectacular views of the emerald sea. French doors open from the dining room and adjacent family room/bar to the downstairs verandah and expansive pool deck overlooking the sea.
From here, around 180 steps lead down to a small sundeck by the sea where wonderful snorkeling may be enjoyed (deep water/no beach).
There are two separate and identical bedroom wings, one east and one west each with its own arched garden atrium. All bedrooms have en-suite baths and overlook the ocean. The master suite/Hibiscus suite offers a king sized mahogany 4-poster bed as does the Alamanda suite. The Orchid Suite features two double mahogany 4 poster beds while the Frangipani suite offers either a king sized or twin beds at guest's option. Please note that the family room can double as a fifth �bedroom� for children or teens.
The home is located next door to the Sans Souci Hotel & Spa where guests may purchase discounted day or evening passes for water sports, sauna, entertainment or enjoyment of their restaurants (no children under 16 permitted). A complementary membership to Sans Souci's Gym and Aerobics Club entitles Guests at Emerald Seas to free access for up to four guests per day.
Emerald Seas includes membership to the Sandals Golf & Country Club (around a 15 minute drive away) where guests are entitled to JGA green fees of $25 (vs. the regular rate of $100). Discounted day passes are, also, available to guests at the nearby Couples Hotel.
Sandals Golf Club Green Fees for guests are $45.00 Guests now have complimentary Beach passes to Beaches Royal Plantation Hotel (18+ yrs - Royal Plantation alows no children) For guests with children they have access to Shaw Park Beach Hotel.
